In August we had yet another party interested in buying our store. The excitement has been great ever since because there is hope that the store will go on and you will continue to have a place to come for the best in yarns, for fellowship and for learning.
It is now November and we are not a single step closer to knowing what will happen. This is a huge lesson in patience and about God's timing. All I know is that His timing is perfect.
In 1975 our son Todd went to be with Jesus after a relatively short bout with cancer. I have written a book about this called: Say Hi To Jesus For Me. Here I would like to talk about life. My life. Loosing children, caring for sick mothers and husbands, the wonderful Grace of God and other stuff.
Right now most of my topics will revolve around Dutch, my husband of 41 years. He is on a rollercoaster ride battling non-alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver and some heart issues. We cherish our time together and will share it with you here. May your life be blessed as you read about our lives.
Born and raised in Germany, married 41 years to Dutch, own Yarn Lady for almost 20 years, author of Say Hi To Jesus For Me, the story about our son Todd who died at age 7 from cancer. Proud mother of Niqua and grandmother of Caitlyn
